Rural Land Suitability Assessment And Its Application In Planning Based On Gis

The eighteen National Congress of the CPC put forward to build "beautiful China", according to the situation of our country, the vast rural areas is the fundamental of the whole country therefore, beautiful China should start from the beautiful countryside.Good rural ecological environment is good for developing rural areas and even the whole national economic and social sustainedly. However, there are many unreasonable phenomenon in using land because of rural construction activities at present, and even destroyed the ecological environment seriously, deviating from the beautiful countryside goal more and more far. The main reason for the current situation is that we are always ignoring the characteristics of the land itself in the process of exploitation and utilization of land without scientific guidance.therefore,it is necessary to do land suitability evaluation for rural land.Taking the results of the evaluation is a good way to guide rural land use planning, then we can do better in using rural land to construct beautiful countryside and beautiful China.On the basis of learning the research achievements of land suitability assessment both domestic and abroad, with high resolution aviation remote sensing image as data sources and by the support of GIS technology, this thesis studied land suitability assessment in village domain range, which includes selecting the assessing indicator system, determining the weights of indicators, dividing the assessing units, building the assessing model. And the data processing of evaluation factors and establishing of database based on GIS data processing and database established. Then, taking Yannan village as an example, the thesis verified the land suitability assessment model, and explored the application of land ecological suitability assessment in the village land use planning. The main achievements of the thesis are as follows:(1) Explicit the method to determine the weights of evaluation factors:AHP; the way to divide evaluation units:plot method to divide evaluation unit of farmland and constructed suitability assessment, superposition method and grid-based method to divide evaluation unit of land ecological suitability assessment;the way to establish the accessing model:factor weight sum method.(2) Build a land suitability assessment model of Yannan based on index weight sum method including the farmland suitability assessment model,the land constructed suitability assessment model and ecological suitability assessment model. As follows:the farmland suitability assessment model: E1=0.0667x[soil texture]+0.3056x[organic content]+0.1749x[soil thickness]+0.0963x[slope]+0.1668x[aspect]+0.1265x[drainage condition]+0.0632x[water resources]; the land constructed suitability assessment model: Ei=0.2516×[aspect]+0.1221×[elevation]+0.0296x [vegetation coverag]+0.0611×[noise effect]+0.1787x[Public facilities]+0.0596x[Road network density]+0.0204x[The building volume rate]+0.0611x[building interval];the land ecological suitability assessment model:Ei,=0.0578×[elevation]+0.0473x[slope]+0.0317x[aspect]+0.3991×[vegetation coverage]+0.1793×[biological richness]+0.0915×[water resources]+0.0871×[transit influence]+0.1063×[rural residential area influence].(3) The result of land suitability assessment can provide scientific basis for village land use planning in some ways as land use status analysis, function zoning, space layout and control measure making. According to the result of land ecological suitability assessment in Yannan, the thesis divided Yannan into5areas, as ecological protection area, basic farmland protection area, general farmland area, the construction area and travel area.
