A Study On Development Strategy Management Of HSBC(China) Co.,Ltd Xi’an Branch

HSBC Limited Company was set up in Xi’an22nd Dec.2006, and it represents that HSBC’s financial service network in mainland of China has been carried forward to western China. The building of HSBC Xi’an Branch supports the strategy of’West Development’and economic growth of Xi’an, and also satisfies local customers’increasing demand for international bank service. In2nd Apr.2007, HSBC Xi’an Limited Company transformed to the foreign corporative bank which is HSBC (China) Company Limited, and HSBC Xi’an Branch changed to HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited Xi’an Branch.The paper is separated into seven chapters.
