The Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory is the comprehensive of the traditionaladvantage theory. It built on the foundation up the traditional advantage theory, and then thistheory not only inherited the traditional advantage theory but developed the traditional advantagetheory. It absorbed essence of the traditional advantage theory, and then setting up theory systemand mathematics model belonged to itself, for explain the different national international tradeproblem provided theory foundation.This paper based on the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory, carry detail research onthe Non-Timber Forest Products’ problems of foreign trade. Firstly, this paper analyzed thepresent condition of the Non-Timber Forest Products in foreign trade, and then this paper usedGranger cause and effect to relate to examination to do substantial evidence analysis to thedevelopment of China forestry industry and the development of the Non-Timber Forest Productsin foreign trade; Secondly, in this paper, the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory is appliedto Non-Timber Forest Products’ foreign trade, and ask for help from the Integrated ComparativeAdvantage Theoretical of related models, carried on comprehensive analysis to the Non-TimberForest Products in China on foreign trade problems.The main conclusions of this paper’s research as following:The first, the development ofChina forestry industry and the development of the Non-Timber Forest Products’ foreign tradenonexistent long-term stability relation; The second, the development of China forestry industrycan promote the development of the Non-Timber Forest Products’ foreign trade, rather than theinfluence of the development upon the Non-Timber Forest Products to the development of theforestry industry; The third, the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory can effectively explainthe development of the Non-Timber Forest Products’ foreign trade, the influence of its producingadvantage and needing advantage is stronger than the influence of its trade advantage; The fourth,based on the Integrated Comparative Advantage Theory, the integrate comparative advantage withthe Non-Timber Forest Products’ foreign trade and trade surplus show highly positive relativity.
