Qualitative and quantitative analysis on the technology, economic andmanagement had been done to improve the level of using power and prevent energy lost inYunfu region. Then feasible countermeasures had been put forward in the new situation. Theconclusion can help the power company with the reference of rational analysis to improveefficiency and effectiveness of demand sides management.Finally, a long term DSM mechanism can be set up to help the electric power companyplay a main role on maintaining the stable operation, sustainable power supply and energyconservation and emissions reduction. This will help realize the purpose of serving social andeconomic development and enhance the sustainable development of our social economy.
