| An improvement of the current index system for evaluating the power DSM is carried out in this thesis, in which acceded the thought of green supply chain. During the process of evaluating, rough set is used to decrease the indexes, and then the computing data is reduced, the calculation steps is simplified, and the weights of the index are calculated. Then the fuzzy-synthesizing evaluating method is used to evaluate and analyze the effect of DSM in Changchun. Also, the thesis introduced a Electricity Price Linkage Mechanism of Selling Side and Generating Side based on DSM, which is ordered to solve the problem that the implementation of DSM's total losses afforded by Selling Side made its activity lowed down. The paper also analyzed the problem in the implementation of DSM in Changchun and put forward suggestions for improvement. |
