Along with the development of China’s national economy and the growth of people’sliving standards, the request to the home quality becomes increasingly high; in this case, thehutch defends electrical industry to vigorous development, especially to the embedded kitchenelectric equipment in the kitchen electric industry became popular. In recent years, theconcept of "The whole kitchen" increasingly accepted by the public, which makes theembedded kitchen appliances become the battleground which many household electricalappliance enterprises contested. There are not only some household appliances giants comingfrom overseas such as Siemens, Electrolux, Whirlpool which rely on its solid financialstrength and strong brand advantages, to hold position in China, but also some Well-knowndomestic kitchen appliances companies, such as Fotile, Robam, Sacon, Haier, Midea whichinvest heavily in order to have a share on a piece of cake in the kitchen appliances. Obviously,in the next ten years time, embedded kitchen electric equipment will hold its "golden age".The objective of this paper is to develop a set of effective marketing strategy through asystematic analysis of the Franke embedded brand kitchen appliances.This article will first introduce the characteristics and opportunities of the embeddedkitchen electric equipment, and the profound influence of the embedded kitchen electricequipment development which is made by the hutch ark revolution, through analyzing theorigin and development of European and American countries integral kitchen, combining thedomestic hutch electricity market developing. Then this paper will make the system analysisof the domestic and foreign strong opponents, combined with the Franke embedded kitchenappliances’ advantages and disadvantages.This paper studies show that, with the development of China’s economy, high-endconsumption percentage will become increasingly high. And because of the requirement ofintegration, the embedded kitchen appliance is a truly aristocratic of kitchen electricequipment, and it is suitable for higher quality requirements of life in China’s future, due toeconomic development. This paper analyses the needs of embedded kitchen appliances inpresent and future which the Real estate market demand for and make up the effectivemarketing strategy combining with the current situation of China’s economic and socialdevelopment.Although the current restriction order has a certain impact on the real estate market butwe can already know that the development trend of first-tier cities and second tier cities inChina real estate is the direction to take the high. Although the sales of kitchen appliances encountered some negative impact on the short term, but high-end kitchen electric market willbe booming industry in the long run.
