A Study On Optimization Mode Of Electronic Material Supplier Management Of GPGC

The industry of electric power is the base of development of national economy and thekey component in the development strategies of various world economies. Since the reformand open policy, Guangdong Province has invested increasingly in the electric power industry.This provided a reliable foundation for the growth of economy of Guangdong. Meanwhile,with the development of the system of China market economy, the electric power enterprisesseparated the government administration from enterprises management. This weakened themonopoly nature of electric power industry and enhanced intensity in the competition ofmarket. Through previous reforms, GPGC positioned itself successfully and increased itsinvestment by relying on local economic trends, expanding the scale of investment, improvinggrid structure. Meanwhile, GPGC enhances the power level continuously and provides astrong scientific support for the local economic development.But along with the increasingly development of national economy, GPGC also faced aseries of new problems, especially the material management in its development. How tointensive, standardized and manager things efficiently has become a pressing problem. Andthe supplier management with efficiency is the premise of the management of thing. In orderto lower the cost of operating, ensure the security of electricity providing and enhance thecore competence of corporation, it’s necessary to explore a way to innovating the supplymanagement and get to a win-win stage with stakeholders. Due to this background, this articleis to seek for the optimization mode of supply management in GPGC and enhance the corecompetence increasingly.This paper based on the analysis of literature and combined the methods of fieldwork,interviews to ensure the conclusion of the study getting strong support both in practice andtheory. The research based on the following levels:Firstly, this article is based on the review of related theories of supplier management,strategic management and tease out the theory for this study. Secondly, this article discussesthe status of supplier management of GPGC, analyzing the problems and loopholes whichexist currently with detailed, accurate data and defining the space of improving and enhancing.Thirdly, we use the theoretical framework of developed and implemented strategies to analyzethe macro and micro environment that GPGC has to be faced with when constructing thesupplier management optimization mode, elaborating the premise of environment and thebasis of fact of the model. Fourthly, we construct the GPGC strategic supplier managementoptimization mode and describe the specific content, components, steps, etc. Fifthly, the paper develops a clear strategy for the implementation of content and administrative detailsaccording to the specific characteristics of enterprises. Sixthly, the paper summary the mainresults of research and detail its’ theoretical and practical value and the study space in thefuture.
