At present,in order to control the purchasing cost of raw materials and ensure the quality of raw materials,small and medium enterprises in China pay more attention to the management of raw materials,and it is imperative to innovate the traditional way of supplier management.Meanwhile,in the new market environment,how to establish a more effective and efficient way of cooperation between enterprises and raw material suppliers is also attracting increasing attention.Along with industrial innovation,more and more SMEs choose to purchase raw materials independently and adopt OEM production mode to arrange production,so as to develop core competitiveness with concentrated resources.Therefore,how to optimize the management of raw material suppliers and realize the cooperation between the relevant business partners under the mode of OEM production has become the focus of management of such enterprises.Taking S company as an example,this paper analyzes the purchasing management of its raw materials,and on this basis,proposes the methods to optimize the management of raw materials supplier: deepening the cooperation with OEM manufacturers,optimizing the qualified supplier selection process through the establishment of two level evaluation indexes and the second level index score assignment;selecting strategic suppliers through qualitative method-Delphi Method and quantitative method-evaluation model of weighting index of key index;classifying the suppliers through post evaluation indexes for supplier classification management.This paper discusses how S company realizes synergy with raw material suppliers in OEM mode,and puts forward three synergistic ways: establishing production and operation synergy of S company and raw material suppliers;establishing organization and structure synergy of S company and raw material suppliers;S company,OEM manufacturer synchronizing with raw material suppliers by JIT procurement pilot and key material production delay;.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the changes in the raw material management of S company to achieve the above synergy,including the introduction of the exponential smoothing method to predict the demand for raw materials,the reengineering of the raw material demand planning processes and organization and implementation adjustment of raw material procurement under synergy mode.Finally,relevant evaluation indicators are selected to evaluate the synergy effect.
