Abstract/Summary:
With the development of global economic integration and the intensification of thedomestic market internationalization, the competitive environment become more and morecomplex to enterprises, as to keep the high level of market competitive, the requirments ofpersonal quality to the superiors and employees also become higher and higher. A largenumber of empirical researches and practices also show that employees’ positive behaviorswere closely related to the management methods of their superiors, and the managementmethods can also reflect superiors’ management style. According to the researches ofpsychologists, different kinds of management methods depend on the individual’spsychological elements, all these psychological elements were the deep reasons to explaindifferent kinds of behaviors. Therefore, psychological capital is a very important source tocreate the organizational value, it also closely link to individual’s psychology and theirbehaviors, it can help organizations establish competitive advantages and get sustainabledevelopment in the future.Also because of such reasons, the studies of psychological capital become the hot issueof human resources management. However, most of the researches of psychological capitalfocused on general employees, and it is not conform to the superiors, as the most importantrole of enterprise’s development.This study mainly in the Pearl River delta of Guangdongenterprises as the research objects. Through ANOVA analysis, correlations analysis andregression analysis, we try to study the relationships among superior psychological capital,transformational leadership style, organizational commitment and employee performance.Through analyze we have found that:(1)Superior psychological capital has positiveimpact on organizational commitment and employee performance.(2)Transformationalleasership style has positive impact on organizational commitment and employee performance.(3)Superior psychological capital has positive impact on transformational leadership style.(4)Organizational commitment has positive impact on employee performance.(5)Transformational leaderhip style has partial mediating effect on the relationship betweensuperior psychological capital and organizational commitment, employee performance.(6)Organizational commitment has partial mediating effect on the relationship betweensuperior psychological capital and employee performance. Based on the result of this study,we advanced several suggestions for enterprise’s human resource management in nowadays.We hope to strengthen the attention of enterprise about superior psychological capital, alsohelp to promote employees’ organizational commitment and performance through the transformational leadership style.
