The development of internet industry obviously relies on the talent in the dynamiccompetitive environment, but IT talent also had high pay, high pressure and high turnovercharacteristics. The problem of improving employees’ stability and enhancing enterprisecompetitiveness in dynamic environment needs every internet enterprise to resolve.Leadership is an important factor affecting employee job attitudes and job performance.Enterprise calls for more efficient leading way. The transformational leadership theoryprovides directional guidance to overcome the limitation of organizational leadership.Transformational leaders emphasize on helping subordinates to understand the difficulties,encourage innovation, care about their development and guide them forward. Sincethe transformational leadership theory was proposed, it gradually occupied dominant positionin the leadship scientific research. With the rise of theoretical research, more and more CEOsbegan to adopt this leading way for the transformation of the entire organization.Now, the research focuses on the effectiveness of transformational leadership, that iswhether transformational leadership can effectively influence the employee’s work attitudeand behavior performance. Some scholars duscusse from the individual level, some scholarsdiscusse from the team and organizational level. In recent years, studies have begun toexplore the mechanism of transformational leadership. However, research ontransformational leadership mechanism is still at the starting stage, lack of completesystematic analysis. Reseach on mediating factors of transformational leadership andorganizational commitment from the angle of psychological motivation ismore limited. The discussion about psychological mechanism of transformational leadershipinfluence organizational commitment in this paper, can deepen and perfect the existingresearch results. Combining the leadership behavior research with the psychology research,also offers a new angle for the study of leadership behavior theory.This paper based on the present situation of human resource management on the internetindustry, established a theoretical paradigm of transformational leadership from thepsychological motivation perspective. Focus on IT technicians in the Internet industry, this paper analysis that weather transformational leadership influence employees’ organizationalcommitment, and weather psychological empowerment play a mediating role. Specific view,based on the mature leadership theory, the psychological empowerment theory andorganizational commitment theory, combing the connotation and dimensions oftransformational leadership, psychological empowerment and organizational commitment,and the relationship between each variable, finally construct the theoretical model of thisstudy. I tested theoretical hypothesis model through correlation analysis, regression analysisand structural equation model. The study found that leadership behavior the external factorsaffect employee personal inner demands for the realization of self-worth, the influence of theleadership can be converted to employee loyalty to the organization. Research conclusionsupports that transformational leadership, psychological empowerment significantly positiveinfluence employees’ organizational commitment level, psychological empowerment paly amediation role between transformational leadership and organizational commitment.The conclusion of this research has an important significance to improve the style ofleadership for Internet companies in China. As the leaders of internet industry knowledgeworkers should pay more attention to the cultivation of transformational leadership style, andgood at promoting psychological empowerment. But there are some shortcomings in thisstudy. Because the questionnaire was filled by the same people, there is homologous variance.The research lacked longitudinal panel data.Leaders haven’t be further subdivided into different levels. I will improve in the future.
