New century, with the development of global economy andinternational situation changes,the MICE economy has developedrapidly in China. There are many good chances for the development ofhigh star-rated hotels in our country. The report of MICE economy inChina in2011tells us that about half the MICE is enterprise meeting,andabout75percent of MICE is undertook at hotel directly. So enterprisemeeting has become an important market of the hotel. For the highstar-rated hotel,satisfy the enterprise is the service tenet. Improving theservice quality is the competition focus among the hotels. Based on thebackground,the author selects the service for enterprise meeting of thehigh star-rated hotel as thesis topic selection. In order to analyze thepresent condition of the service of the high star-rated hotel,the authoruses empirical research. This research is good for the steadydevelopment of MICE market of high star-rated hotel.The core purpose of the thesis is to understand the servicecontent of enterprise meeting provided by the high star-rated hotel、present condition of the service of the high star-rated hotel and thedegree of satisfaction. This research provides the hotel for guidingsignificance.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction chapter,mainly including thebackground and significance of this research,besides that it alsodesigns the research methods、the definition of related terms、researchmethods and the ways of this research.The second part is related theory and analysis. It includes therelated research about meeting service of hotel at home and abroad,also includes some theories used by this paper.The third part is the research about the connotation and research contents of the quality of meeting service. It mainly analyzethe definition、difference、assessment and the research contents of thequality of meeting service.The fourth part is the research about current capacity of highstar hotels. The author analyzes the factors influencing of meetingservices capacity,and summarize the current condition by investigatingauthentic data.The fifth part is the research about the degree of satisfaction ofthe service about enterprise meeting. The author investigates theenterprise in order to master the degree of satisfaction.The sixth part is the improving countermeasures for theenterprise meeting service. Mainly conclude bringing forth new ideas inmarketing、improving the quality of the conference room and theservice level provided by employers、 reforming the system ofperformance examination and extending the scale of conferenceroom.The seventh part is the peroration of the paper. This part isabout the main conclusions and the limitations of this research.
