The awareness of government-led agricultural information is strong, but enforcement is not enough, still the agricultural information service system is not perfect, and shows low level of service. Apart from all of this, we found that grass-roots of agricultural informatization work staff is shortage, due to low quality of existing staff.Also regarding the high-cost of information use, farmers are not willing to use IT.Finally, this essay gives suggestions and countermeasures to the construction of agricultural information of JiangXia-area. Firstly, the government services and functions should be changed, and the service system should be improved; it is the responsibility of the Government to guide reasonable and healthy agricultural information development for farmers. Second, it must speed up rural information networks and talent-building to ensure the flow of information between rural and urban areas, reducing the digital divide. Third, to increase the "precision agriculture" and agricultural database building efforts to achieve the depth of application of modern information technology in the agricultural sector. In addition, to effectively use the agricultural information resources, normalization and standardization of agricultural information construction should be strengthened, and meanwhile market-oriented. It should pay attention the use of information technology in the agricultural market, and enhance the confidence of farmers on agricultural information. Besides, encourage community groups to invest in agriculture infrastructure of information technology, also the legal system must be built to combat the spread of false information. Finally, it is necessary to improve the level of exchange cooperation whether inside and outside the province such as different regions in order to enrich the ways of cooperation to lead the Agricultural-Informatization development. |
