| In recent years, the State Council and the Party strengthen the guidance of modern agricultural informatization process. Modern agricultural information service system provides agricultural information service for laborers who engage in agricultural production, operaters who involve in agricultural work and severs who manage agriculture. In the process of construction of agricultural information service system, it constantly improves the level and function of information service and improves the function of information service, which makes the pace of agricultural modernization more steadier. As a huge agricultural country, it is significant for our country to be influenced by the regional factors.Therefore, to build agricultural information service system which adapts to local agricultural economy development has a profound effect on agriculture information service work and new rural construction.This paper mainly takes the agriculture information service system of Xihu, Changde as study object, and puts establishment of the agriculture information service system at Xihu as the main line. Firstly, the significance of research is put forward and related concepts of agriculture information service system and their mutual relations are further stated. Secondly, development status and the existing problems of the agriculture information service system at Xihu is analyzed, and the status of the supply and demand of agricultural information service are mainly analyzed through on-site research. Then, the program for constructing an agricultural information service system is proposed, clear construction goal, formulate construction principles, perfect the structure of the system, highlight the focus of the construction and improve the construction of security system in the process of agricultural information service system construction. Finally, some suggestions for improving the agricultural information service system construction at Xihu are put forward. |
