Along with the rise of residents’ income level in China, all residents’ meat products consumption level increased greatly, and the consumption level of waterfowl meat increased greatly. Although waterfowl cultivation scale and industrialization process has developed and promoted rapidly, due to the later development time, compared with other industries, the cultivation of waterfowl is still very backward. The construction of national waterfowl cultivation industry system provides a good opportunity to the future of healthy waterfowl cultivation. As an important part of the animal husbandry industry, the existing mode of waterfowl cultivation now has many problems:most of the cultivation is raised in still scattered family primarily; the organization level is still low; cultivation conditions keeps simple and crude; epidemic prevention measures are not complete; sometimes farmers abuse the additives and veterinary medicine; the feces of waterfowl emissions is commonly undisposed. Healthy cultivation notion of farmers is still rare; many farmers only focus on their economic benefits, while neglecting the social and ecological benefit of the future. This phenomenon seriously hindered the sustainable development of waterfowl cultivation; also it cannot pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment. All these severe reality determine that it is necessary and urgent to develop a healthy mode of waterfowl cultivation.This paper take waterfowl cultivation farmers as the research object, in the background of constructing national waterfowl industrial system. By using related theories of animal husbandry science, economics and statistics and reviewing the related literatures and investigating, combining the qualitative and quantitative analysis method together, analyzing typical areas of these farmers in this paper, this reasreach try to explore the existing advantages and disadvantages different cultivation modes, put forward some suggestions which the healthy waterfowl cultivation needed to promoted, this paper analyzes the factors which influence healthy waterfowl cultivation, and in the light of the specific factors, raises suggestions to promote healthy waterfowl cultivation mode. The main research contents and conclusions are as the followings:(1) Discusses the theoretical basis of healthy waterfowl cultivation. Define some basic concepts such as:waterfowl, cultivation industry, healthy cultivation, introduction of the theories such as sustainable development, low carbon economy theory, behaviors of farmer’s theory. On the basis of previous researches grasp the profound connotation of healthy cultivation, by absorbing previous theories and related evaluation system, this paper puts forward the analysis of farmer’s desire of participating healthy waterfowl cultivation.(2) Analyze the present situation and problems of existing waterfowl cultivation mode. From the aspect of different provinces and regions, nature resources, the environment and the current situation of waterfowl cultivation, we comparing several of existing waterfowl cultivation modes, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different mode, and points out some field the need to improve and continue to develop.(3) Make descriptive statistical analysis based on the investigation from different provinces. This analysis mainly fuscous on the basic condition of the farmers, situation of waterfowl cultivation and the participation of the healthy waterfowl cultivation.(4) Make quantitative analysis of cultivation performance and farmers who participated in healthy cultivation mode. By applying the multivariate statistical regression model and logistic regression model to analyze the cultivation performance and farmers’ participation desire in healthy cultivation model, we find out the influence factors of the farmers who participate in cultivation mode. It is suggested that the healthy development of waterfowl cultivation, not only need essential equipment, continuous upgrading cultivation technology which guarantee the development of healthy waterfowl cultivation from technical aspect; but also need the support from the government such as:reinforce related propaganda and training, raise the consciousness of environmental protection and sustainable development, improve farmers’participation desire of the healthy cultivation.(5) Based on the former analysis about farmers’desire to participate in healthy waterfowl cultivation and related influencing factors, we provide some suggestion which may increase the desire to participate in healthy waterfowl cultivation, so as to promote the healthy development of the waterfowl cultivation industry.This paper may reflect the following innovation points:first, through the analysis on current waterfowl cultivation situation, the contrast of different cultivation modes, we put forward some suggestions to promote the development of healthy cultivation mode, this may fill the vacancy about farmers’participation in healthy waterfowl cultivation, providing new idea of waterfowl cultivation field. Second, this study take multiple statistical regression and logistic regression to measure the factors which may influence farmers’participation desire in healthy regression, and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures, applying certain innovation in research methods.
