Research On Green Supply Chain Management Based On Developing Environmental Friendly And Resource Conservation Enterprise

In order to correctly deal with the relation between economic development andresources, environment and nature, China proposes to speed up the construction of theTwo Oriented Society, whose main characteristics are environmental friendly andresource conservation.Enterprise is the micro agency of the construction of the Two Oriented Society.Building environmental friendly and resource conservation enterprise is the externalcommands of enterprise’s taking social responsibility and constructing the TwoOriented Society as well as the inexorable trend of meeting the market demands andrealizing sustainable development. Environmental friendly and resource conservationis the goal of the enterprise, and the green supply chain is then the way for theenterprise to transform into Two Oriented Enterprise.This paper systematically in the aspect of the construction of the Two OrientedEnterprise, researches the design and management of the green supply chain. Throughreviewing the present academic researches about the construction of the Two OrientedEnterprise and the green supply chain management, it defines the connotation of theTwo Oriented Enterprise and the green supply chain, explains the features of them,unveils the connections between the two, and theoretically analyses the importance ofthe design of the green supply chain in the construction of the Two OrientedEnterprise. On that basis, the paper further combines the practice of the green supplychain management in China’s enterprises, analyses the current situation and thepractical problems in the carrying out of the green supply chain, and puts forward thedesign of the green supply chain management for the Two Oriented Enterprise basedon the demand of the environmental friendly and resource conservation. In details, thework of this paper mainly covers the following parts: firstly, it starts from the basicconnotations and features of the Two Oriented Enterprise, combining the enterprise’sactual requirement of building the Two Oriented Enterprise and the practical values ofthe green supply chain, and discusses the necessity and the feasibility of encouraging enterprises to transform into the Two Oriented Enterprise in the aspect of buildingthe green supply chain; secondly, according to the fundamental requirements of theconstruction of the Two Oriented Enterprise, it integrates and constructs a suitableachievements evaluating indicator system of the green supply chain management forthe Two Oriented Enterprise, on the basis of the analysis of the researches andapplication statuses of the green supply chain; thirdly, It builds the model of theachievements evaluating indicator system of the green supply chain management,which is based on the combination of the DEA and the weight assignment.Furthermore, it illustrates the living examples with theories, and raises the way anddirection of improving the performance of the green supply chain; fourthly, it givesadvice and suggestions of promoting the carrying out of the green supply chainmanagement for the Two Oriented Enterprise, which contain two sections as follows.On the one hand, enterprise should enhance innovation capabilities on skills andtechnological process, increase the input on the relevant infrastructure, lay emphasison the level of environmental friendly of its partners when choosing the supply chain,and strengthen the construction of information support platform; on the other side, thegovernment should concentrate on institutional improvement, promote andencourage enterprise to seek actively for the transformation of environmental friendlyand resource conservation and the construction of mechanism design of the greensupply chain, contribute itself to solving the incentive problems of the operatingsubjects and provide enough public information for the enterprise as well as motivateexternality internalization.
