Study On The Performance Evaluation Of Tourism Green Supply Chain With Travel Agency As The Core

With the sustained and rapid development of economy, the environment pressure ofultra-carrying capacity leading by over exploitation becomes more and more serious.Green supply chain is a kind of comprehensive thinking management way to the resourcesand overall environment of each link in the supply chain, and it is a representative ofadvanced management mode. For the past few years, the study of green supply chainmanagement make a spurt of progress, and it involves many industries and fields. Basedon the study of the traditional tourism supply chain management, this paper builds aperformance evaluation model of tourism green supply chain from the angle of green, andit also discusses the function on the promotion to the overall healthy development oftourism industry.This paper mainly introduces the tourism green supply chain in the following foursections:The first part is about the theoretical analysis. By collecting and master the relatedliterature at domestic and abroad, aiming at the core issues in tourism supply chains inacademic circles, this paper innovatively puts forward the mode of market-orientedtourism supply chain. It builds different supply chain structure and core enterprise designand configuration according to the demand of target market.The second part is the core analysis. The first is through the issuance and screeningquestionnaires, and analyzes the results of questionnaires, and propose the evaluationindex from four aspects of the tourism green supply chain and ultimately the wholeservice level, core competitive power of the enterprise, cooperative development, andgreen environmental protection. Secondly, the paper constructs a performance evaluationmodel that suitable for the tourism industry by using AHP and Fuzzy SyntheticEvaluation.The third part is the empirical analysis. Using the research data obtained inQinhuangdao area, the paper can reflect the overall operation of the green supply chainmanagement of the travel agency through the calculation of the model. Experimentalresults show that the maneuverability, the applicability and usefulness of the index system.According to the evaluation results summarized the impact factors of the green supply chain performance, it puts forward the ways to strengthen the green supply chainperformance.The fourth part is the conclusion. According to the theory above sections ofexpression and the results of data analysis, the thesis is summarized, and it proposes thelimitations of the research scope and in-depth study of the problem of the relevantrecommendations.
