Studies On High-tech Start-ups Patterns Of Cooperation Network

New ventures and innovation is a very important part of economic development. Tosome extent, entrepreneurial activity reflects the level of economic development. Thedevelopment of social capital and resources provide a new and important model-through thedevelopment of cooperative networks to obtain the necessary business resources. So it is avery important social value to study on the model of the network. In this paper, high-techstart-ups raised the concept of cooperative model of network evolution，and the age of8yearscorporate high-tech enterprise as the research object of the trust and willingness to cooperate,willingness to cooperate with enterprises Resources, willingness to cooperate andcompetitiveness, enterprise resource and the relationship between competitiveness.The article uses the method of survey to collect data. The rate of recovery were meet theresearch requirements. In the course of processing data, the main use of the correlationanalysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, statistical analysis of the wind, thestudy’s empirical assumptions. Through the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,getting the following conclusions:(1) The positive correlation between willingness and trust: the positive correlationbetween willingness and resources; the positive correlation between competitiveness andresources; the positive correlation between willingness and competitiveness; the positivecorrelation between start-up of the growing competitiveness and the competitiveness.(2) The trust is different at different stages of its strength and structure. It experiences theindividuals trust and the team and the company’s overall confidence. So the primary task forSMEs is how to build the relationship between personal networks and business networks, andcontinue to tap their potential and strive for more resources.Above all, we can see that this study has some theoretical and practical significance. Thetheoretical value lies in the cooperation of the enterprise network according to business lifecycle stage. It is the theory of co-added network model development. Its practical significanceis that the conclusions of this paper for improving survival rate of start-ups have somepractical significance.
