Risk Management And Control For Supply Chain Financing

The financing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is difficult, which has been the key issue to limit their development. Therefore, how to improve the management of the SMEs financing is always a hot issue for the domestic and foreign experts’research. As an effective way of SMEs financing, supply chain financing has achieved good results in the practical application, however, amount of risk management problem were appeared in the time course. According to this problem, how to handle the prevention work of SMEs supply chain financing risk has become a key issue of bank risk management. Basing on the purpose, this paper applies the statistical analysis method which depends on the research results of domestic and foreign experts to summarize the following measures to improve supply chain management:realistically analyzes the key factors which affecting the supply chain finance; pertinently establishes an evaluation index system for the SMEs supply chain financing; extracts the key factors which affecting the risk of supply chain financing by the method of factor analysis in SPSS, and pertinently proposed risk prevention security mechanisms; emphatically establishes the perfect enterprise risk prevention management system; effectively strengthens the policy of market; emphatically establishes the perfect risk early-warning mechanisms, and so on. Hopefully through the research of this paper, the pertinent improvement strategies for understanding the potential risks and influencing factors of the SMEs supply chain financing, which will play a reference value, could be developed effectively.
