The integration, virtualization and network development of processing and manufacturing, commercial and trade circulation and e-commerce and so on, has raised new requirements for logistics information services. The Internet which has brought new commercial mode of operation requires a logistics information network. However the poor communication of inter-enterprise, inter-industry and inter-regional logistics information, and lacking standards of a unified logistics information infrastructure, seriously hindered the development of logistics informationization and logistics information platform interoperability. From the perspective of strategic logistics information network to solve the resource sharing mechanisms, in a reasonable and efficient network architecture, distributed and parallel technology and standardized interfaces methods together to collect distributed application is an effective way of integration and sharing of information system resources.As a resource sharing technologies, at the same time grid stresses interoperability and integration of resource. It supports resource sharing and collaborative work in a variety of dynamic virtual inter-organizational. So, the grid has its unique advantage in resource integration, and it can also integrate logistics information resources. On the basis of the existing hardware and software it uses grid technology to integrate logistics resources, and introduces grid theory into the planning, implementation and service process of logistics information in order to make effective fusion of logistics network and grid, which not only enriches the grid application and resource management methods, but also solves information share of network nodes enterprise.This thesis will study the logistics information network of logistics enterprises. With the help of grid technology and the virtualization of services, service-oriented concept, it proposes dynamic network model of logistics information network, architecture and operations management mechanism to solve the current problems in the construction of logistics information. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)On the basis of the theoretical study it analyses the logistics network operational structure and the connotation of the logistics network, and studies its dynamic operational processes and requirements to development of logistics information.(2)It analyses five levels hourglass model, open grid services architecture (OGSA) and Network Services Resource Framework (WSRF) grid architecture, and then studies logistics information network dynamic model based on the OGSA.(3)On the basis of analysis of the of grid middleware and logistics services characteristics, it constructions services protocol stack for logistics network business. And then it puts forward the logistics information network architecture based on OGSA, and then studies the dynamic construction of logistics information network.(4)It proposes grid-based logistics information network operation and management mechanism framework, and makes an analysis of Chinese industry cluster of enterprise information platform. From the part of government, industry associations, and business it gives some strategies and recommendations.In the operating mechanism it proposes a government-led, industry associations and self-discipline constraints, enterprise autonomy actively participate in collaborative operation and management mode. In the area of institution-building, it advocates the establishment of institution-building, career agency system of logistics information network management council.
