Electric power industry is an indispensable basic energy industry in the production and life of human beings, which is related to the country’s economic lifeline and people’s daily life. To ensure the safety of electricity is an important responsibility of the power grid enterprises. China is one of the countries that have a high frequency of natural disasters. The occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquakes, landslides, landslides, ice and snow, and typhoons can cause a large area blackout, which affects social production and people’s life. Emergency logistics management as an important part of the emergency system in the power grid enterprises plays a vital role in the emergency rescue work. The optimization of emergency logistics network which can greatly improve the efficiency of emergency rescue has a very important theoretical and practical significance.The research object of this paper is the emergency logistics network of the power grid enterprises. Firstly, the paper introduces theoretical background and significance. It also reviews the domestic and foreign research status. Based on previous research results, this paper presents the research content and framework structure. Secondly, the paper focuses on the theoretical basis including emergency logistics, emergency logistics network and emergency logistics network layout optimization. Based on analyzing the present situation of the emergency logistics network management of power grid enterprise, the necessity and strategies of optimizing and specific optimization method of emergency logistics layout optimization are put forward. And then the paper draws the overall layout design of the power grid enterprise emergency logistics network. Thirdly, the paper researches the node location layout of emergency logistics network. The paper analyzes the factors affecting the location of emergency material warehouse of power grid enterprises, and constructs the index system of emergency material warehouse location from the aspects of environment, technology, social and economic factors. Taking into account the interaction between the various factors in the index system, to make the results more realistic, the paper uses the network analysis method (ANP) and Decision Super (SD) software to determine the weight of evaluation index and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the emergency material transfer warehouse. Lastly, the paper studies the optimization of the power grid enterprises emergency logistics network distribution route. The author considers that the emergency logistics network distribution route is the question of VRP. Then, the mathematical model is set up. The objective function of the model is the two layer target including cost and time cost. And then the paper uses genetic algorithm and Matlab software to solve the model.
