Fuzzy random multi-criteria decision-making method is an important aspect of decision-making theory, intuitive language random variables not only can adapt to policy-makers’fuzzy thinking in decision-making process, but also can describe the probability of the uncertainty of the external state, and meet the complex environment of decision-making. Currently, studies on this aspects is few, so it has theoretical and practical significance to do systematic research on intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making theory and methods. In this paper, based on relevant literature, the theory of intuitive language to random multi-criteria decision-making has been extended, the appropriate decision-making methods and effective application has been proposed. The main findings are as follows:(1)With respect to full weight of the intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making, a intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making methods based on the3σ principle of normal distribution and a intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making methods based on set theory has been put forward:1.First defined the intuitive language random variables, and described probability range of language assessment value of random events, and then defined the expectation and variance of intuitive language random variables, transformed the intuitive language random variables into language intervals according to normal distribution principles, put forward a intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making methods based on the3σ principle of normal distribution;2.intuitive language can divide the entire intuitive language set into three parts, according to set principles, the relationship of the three part and perfect value of"1" can be express by set links, so a intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making methods based on set theory has been proposed, and the feasibility of the method verified through numerical example analysis. (2)With respect to uncompletely weight of the intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making, a methods based on improved SMAA and score functions and a methods based on improved SMAA and TOPSIS has been put forward:1.first raised new acceptability index ai for the defect of the SMAA acceptability index,proposed a new score function and accuracy function of intuitive language, Then proposed a intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making methods based on improved SMAA and score functions score;2. defined the positive and negative ideal point of intuitive language, proposed a intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making methods based on improved SMAA and TOPSIS according to intuitive linguistic similarity between the intuitive languages, and the feasibility of the method has been vetified through numerical example analysis.(3) With respect to the intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making which considered behavioral factors of the decision makers, first determined the psychological bias by way of a questionnaire survey, proposed a value function and a weight function of the prospect theory under "merits and defects ", and determined the parameter values;And then proposed a intuitive language random multi-criteria decision-making method based on prospect theory under the "merits and defects ", first calculated the language value function and the corresponding weight value for each attribute> then calculate each attribute’s score function under evey state, expected score obtained after integrated, last rank the program, and the feasibility of the method verified through example analysis.
