Multi-criteria decision-making theory is an important component of decision theory and widely used in our social life and economic activities. Now there are lots of methods on solving the deterministic multi-criteria decision-making problems. While in practical decision-making process, because of the uncertainties caused by incomplete decision information, subjective influence of the decision makers and other aspects, such methods can hardly be suitable for solving the problems. Thus,it is significant and meaningful to do some researches on the fuzzy-random multi-criteria decision-making problems with incomplete certain information. This paper focuses on the researches on fuzzy, random and fuzzy random multi-criteria decision-making problems with incomplete information. And details are as follows:(1)An interval multi-criteria decision-making model based on competitive view optimization under condition of weights nondictatorship is constructed.Based on the hypotheses of "competitive view optimization" and "weights nondictatorship",the paper difines the competitive view optimization of interval numbers, and then proposes a method based on it to get the arrangement of the solutions.(2)For a hybrid multi-criteria decision-making problem with incomplete certain information,in which criteria's values are deterministic numbers, interval numbers, linguistic terms, triangle fuzzy numbers and random variables,a new approach based on TOPSIS is proposed. In this approach,we transform the random variables and the linguistic terms into interval numbers and triangle fuzzy numbers respectively at first. Then, the normalized decision matrix is constructed, from which the ideal and negative ideal solutions are attained.A nonlinear programming model is established to get the criteria weights, and the alternatives are ranked by the closeness degree to the ideal and negative ideal solutions at last.At the end of the paper,a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and availability of the method.(3)Researches on the fuzzy-random multi-critiria decision making problems with incomplete information are conducted in this paper. Firstly, the definitions, operators and characters of discrete and concrete linguistic-random variables and triangle fuzzy-random variables and the LROWA operator are introduced.Secondly, models with incomplete information based on discrete linguistic-random variables, concrete linguistic-ranodm variables and triangle fuzzy-random variables are constructed respectively. Finally, methods based on PROMETHEEⅡ, superiority and inferiority analysis,LROWA operator are used to solve the models.
