After the development of more than half centuries, China’s motorcycle industry has become a production, development and marketing system which is more perfect, and there are a series of brand name products with self-owned intellectual property rights. Especially since the reforming and opening up, Chinese motorcycle industry has gained high-speed development. With the development of China’s urban economy and transportation, our city traffic pressure increases, many cities in China issued regulations prohibiting the use of motorcycle. Meanwhile, the mini cars and electric bicycles occupy a position in motorcycle market. The increasing foreign enterprise has also gained large quantities of market quotient, which based on producing products with high quality and low price. Qianjiang motorcycle, the famous enterprise in Chinese motorcycle, should optimize their strategic development model according to the new developing motorcycle industry. When they have their own new competitive advantage, they can get a significant position in the motorcycle industry.This paper mainly includes seven chapters. First chhapter is the introduction of the relevant theoretical base. Seconid part is the diagnosis and analysis for Qianjiang Motorcycle’s ongoing strategy plans, then points out the problems in operation. Third part analyzes the internal and external environment of Qiangjiang Motorcycle, to further understand the discrepancy between the Qiangjiang ongoing strategy plans and the external environment, which is also the analysis on the necessity of regulating. Based on this analysis, in the fourth and fifth parts,the author give some suggestion for Qianjiang Motorcycle,and some related security measures.The seventh chapter is the conclusion part.
