Research On The Operating Performance For Ganyu Agricultural Bank

In the case of today’s economic and financial uncertainty, every commercial bank attaches great importance to the effective control of risks, improving competitiveness. Our banks encounter the Problem that the ability of competition is lower, the ability of operation management is not higher, there are many bad credits, and the risk is much bigger, and the way to solve out those problems id touched tightly with the advance of operation performance of banks. It has been a long time that we attach importance to the speed of development, but not gives enough recognition to the quality of development, In fact, the development of the bank and economy finance depends on the advance of operation performance, and the speed of development just is an accessorial problem. Operation performance is the representation of the competition ability, the advance of the operation performance is the key point for keeping away finance risk.This paper tries to analyze the development of cooperative finance of Ganyu qualitatively and quantitatively through various evaluation methods of performance evaluation, and tries to find the factor impacting the Ganyu agricultural bank, providing some recommendations.The paper constitutes of five chapters:Chapter I introduces the research background, the significance, the present situation of domestic and foreign research, the research frame, the possible innovation and insufficiency and so on.Chapter II for the theoretical analysis, including traditional financial indicators analysis, critical success factors, EVA, providing relevant theoretical sources.Chapter III is the analysis of the external environment, business management, competitiveness and other factors, a comprehensively analyzing the performance of the Ganyu agricultural bank.Chapter IV analyzes the problems and the reasons by the performance of operations of Ganyu agricultural bank, with a view to improve the performance by providing the right policy choices. Chapter V of this paper are the conclusions, making policy recommendations for the further development of Ganyu agricultural bank.
