Construction Project Cost Management Of Supply Chain Research

With the flourish development of construction industry and the continuous rising of the investment scale of construction projects, the cost of construction project management gradually becomes the focus of the social attention. How to analyze the cost structure of construction project scientifically and legitimately, besides, Optimize it based on this, which has become a question concerned by parties participating in the construction project, meanwhile, it also a subjects needs to be explored as the deepening progress of research in project quality management.This paper generalize the problems of the cost management which exist in construction project, and use the Supply Chain Cost Management theory in the field of construction management to analyze and control the full cost as an opportunity.The achievement of this paper in supply chain cost management of construction project is:(1) The Combination of the supply chain cost management theory and the cost management of construction project,which base on analysis of problems of cost management of construction project,form the concept framework of the supply chain cost management of construction project.(2) Using the virtual enterprise organization model of supply chain as a reference, a loose organization structure has been optimized in order to build a mutually beneficial and win-win goal supply chain cost management enterprise of construction project. (3) Through the integration of methods of supply chain cost management, this paper establish a model of supply chain cost management to analyze and control all costs of construction project.Improve the operability of supply chain cost management of construction project.
