Research On The Control Of Project Materials Cost Based On Supply Chain

This paper uses the basic ideas and methods of supply chain management andconstruction materials management, start the research on the control of project materialscost. The current material management of building industry mostly in traditionalmanagement stage, can not make a maximum contribution to the company. Supply chainmanagement is a kind of integrated management idea and method, break the traditionalmode of production management, pay attention to the entire supply chain optimizationand business process reengineering from the view of system, in order to help theenterprises in the supply chain to manage the materials. Therefore, start the research canhelp to optimize the whole construction supply chain, make the activities of the materialsare efficient and operate in low cost, make sure the quality and schedule of the project.The purpose of this paper is to control the cost of project materials, and find the keypoints to control the cost, analysis the traditional management of project materials in itsprocurement, supplier management and inventory management. combine with the ABcompany, according to the problems of material management and the main factors thataffecting the material cost, put forward the corresponding strategies based on the supplychain: material purchasing strategy, suppliers selection method and evaluation standard,material inventory strategy, so as to reduce the project cost and improve the operationefficiency of the project.The perspective and the specific strategies(including material purchasing, supplierselection, evaluation and material inventory management) of this paper has a certaintheoretical and practical reference value for the construction enterprises to control theproject materials cost.
