| TPM is the procedure based on total productive management and maintenance of equipment, which improves the enterprise gradually. Implementation of TPM action, building the nip in the bud system, it will take an important part in reducing the costing, increasing the productivity, promoting the management and enhancing the competition of enterprise, strengthening employee’s comprehensive abilities,and being qualified for resource-saving and environment-friendly corporation.This article introduces TPM action in5m heavy plate mill of the Valin Xiangtan iron and steel company,by through of researching and analyzing TPM theory, learning from experiences of enterprises that succeed in TPM action,considering the facts of product5m heavy plate mill of Valin Xiangtan iron and steel company. How to establish TPM management system and implement the action according to the whole management reform of TPM is also illustrated. Improving the management system of repair set and point inspection, saving from six kinds of defects and maximizing benefit action, calling on employee to improve pattern action and the efficiency as group unit based on6S action and so on, improving, form these aspects,TPM is implemented in our company. During the courses of the revolution, some problems are solved in the iron and steel state-owned enterprise.Form asset of equipment management new mode combining functionary ward ship system——that make all employees join in actively, focus on the basic maintenance and nip in the bud,with group activity independent. It will also do well in improving equipments integrative efficiency and enhancing enterprise’s competitive strength.Our enterprise is changed from consciousness to building system of avoiding calamity,badness and waste by using efficient methods on management of equipment, enhancing enthusiasm of all staffs.At the same time, it prompts our enterprise to change the conception and methods of equipment management. |
