With the gradual decline of technical barriers in the infant care industry,especially in the baby diaper industry,the technology of diaper manufacturing is no longer monopolized by a few large international companies,and more and more domestic private enterprises are joining the competition in the industry,and under the situation of increasing homogenization of products and materials,If the company wants to survive in this environment,it must adjust the enterprise itself to meet the needs of the market,and in the service,quality and price and many other aspects of adjustment and optimization,in order to continuously enhance their competitiveness and potential,to adapt to the development needs of the field.Using the relevant theory of TPM,taking KMB company as an example,combined with the current market competition and development environment,this paper studies how to apply some tools such as 5S management,autonomous preservation,professional preservation and visual management in TPM comprehensive production and maintenance theory to the company's equipment maintenance management,in order to improve the comprehensive efficiency of equipment,Reduce product bad rate,reduce equipment failure rate and other production indicators.Fully combined with the development of KMB company,carried out the research work on the full production and maintenance of TPM,and made use of its own research results to establish a set of equipment maintenance management system suitable for the development of the enterprise within the target enterprise,so as to play a catalytic role for the further development of the enterprise.At the beginning of this thesis,the author first gives a brief introduction to the background and significance of the concept of full production and maintenance of TPM,such as the main methods and connotations of the work of the system,as well as the basic definition,so that readers can have a more preliminary understanding and understanding of the theoretical system.Secondly,based on the production status of KMB company,through its own in-depth research and analysis,the paper puts forward the problems existing in the production equipment maintenance Management system of KMB company,and makes a deep diagnosis and analysis of it,and chooses 5S management,independent preservation,professional preservation,Implementation and implementation of TPM activities in five areas,such as individual improvement and staff training and education,aimed at improving the comprehensive efficiency of equipment in KMB company OEE,reducing the number of failure of production equipment,reducing the rate of nonconforming products in the production process,so that the staff s professional quality and working ability have been further improved.At the end of the paper,the author summed up and summarized the implementation of this equipment maintenance system,and pointed out that TPM is a continuous improvement process,enterprises in the concrete implementation and promotion,the need to maintain the attention and participation in this process,and need to follow the gradual guidelines to carry out work,to avoid the pace of too much,Some details are not optimized and improved,resulting in too rough work,and ultimately it is impossible to achieve the effectiveness and purpose of TPM implementation.It should be pointed out that the author in this paper on the TPM comprehensive production and maintenance of the ideas and methods are universal,can provide reference for the same industry or the same type of enterprises.
