Real estate market, as an ongoing dynamic development industry, not only will create good physical condition to the overall economic development, but also can promote each other and have coordinated development, as the main part of a country’s economy. Commercial residential real estate as a mainstream part of real estate industry, is the important carrier to enhance the quality of urban residents life standards and the city overall competitiveness. In recent years, housing demand has been sharply increased and the huge profit margins make the commercial residential real estate rapidly develop in China.
