As the prop industry foundationally in the entire national economic system, the moderate and healthy development of the real estate industry related to entire national economic growth and social stability. The real estate industry of our country is now experiencing rapid nationwide growth. On this condition, the government issued a series of macro-control measures to prevent its over-heat development. However, due to real estate development level of the various cities is different, the effection to different city by the same measures is very different. So the purose of this thesis is to set up an health evaluation statistical indicator system for real estate market so as to estimate the situation of real estate market, ensuring the real estate industry develop stably and healthy.Based on extensive reading and in-depth study the latest theory of indicator system and abroadanalyzed the contents of real estate statistical indicator system and health evaluation, the thesis established an health evaluation statistical indicator system in Tianjin through theory of statistical evaluation. Based on the health evaluation statistical indicator system for real estate market, the thesis makes health evaluation of Tianjin real estate market development situation by a lot of empirical research statistical data of Tianjin real estate market from2000to2011.Research methods include:the cluster analysis is mainly used at the index setting step; the entropy weight process used at the index weight setting step;the thesis adopt systematic method at the index health evaluation critical point setting step; in the end, it makes the health evaluation by combing the single indicator and composite indicator evaluation of the health evaluation system for real estate.It conclused that the development of Tianjin real estate market is undergoing a healthy rational and stable stage. By individual index evaluation, from2000to2011, in addition to some years the indexes influenced by national macroscopic economy and government regulation, has a tendency to deviate from the healthy range, most indexes are basically in the healthy state; by comprehensive evaluation, in addition to2006and2007in the micro thermal state, all the rest of the years are in a healthy range. Finally, based on conclusion of empirical research, it proposes the strategies for the sustainable healthy and stable development of Tianjin real estate market and the future of the health evaluation statistical indicator system for real estate.
