Due to the information of supply chain model are always asymmetric, thispaper analyzes the asymmetry of supply chain network model, considering themultiple manufacturers’ mixed cost for the common resource competition. Underthe research background that supply chain model of the asymmetric information,we consider supply chain model with stochastic market demand and supply chainmodel with fxed market demand.On the aspect of supply chain model with fxed demand, we consider thetax on supply chain model, constructs the supply chain model with tax, discussesthe existence and uniqueness of the solution and study the tax’s efect to supplychain.The traditional method for supply chain with fx market demand is modifedprojection method, in this paper, we use Lemke algorithm for solving large-scalesupply chain model with fxed demand, Lemke algorithm as an accurate algorithmthat can improve the efciency of supply chain by avoiding the error in calculation.Moreover, we show that the Lemke algorithm is computationally efcient andoperable by numerical experiments.Numerical examples’ scale in previous researchon supply chain model are small, we consider examples of larger scale in this paperto consistent with practical supply chain problem.In stochastic demand supply chain model, we discuss the mixed transportationcosts and multi-product supply chain model, analyzed the convergence of projec-tion and contraction algorithm for supply chain model,research the efect of mixedtransportation cost and fne to the supply chain, show that the projection andcontraction algorithm outperforms better than the traditional modifed projectionalgorithm in the numerical experiments.With the rapid development of logistics, this industry urgently need efcientsupply chain model and numerical calculation method, we study the supply chainnetwork problem both in the algorithm and model,our work make sense.
