The Research On Issues Of Science And Technology Intermediaries Sharing Achievements Into Income

Science and technology intermediary service system is an important part of thenational innovation system. As early as2006in China issued outline proposed tovigorously develop science and technology intermediary organizations to promotescientific and technological achievements. But for a long time, has a phenomenon thatpoor servise, mechanism is not active, a lack of talent and market competitiveness.Therefore, how to promote the cooperation of the intermediaries and enterprises, andhow to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements is ourstudy.This paper chose the income distribution system as the research object, based oncost, risk, incentive and game theory, defined the content of science and technologyintermediary revenue-sharing and the main factors scientifically, and provided atheoretical basis for building the index of each dimension. Through design thequestionnaire for the intermediary and enterprises, analysis the questionnaire data,and use the exploratory and confirmatory factor way to explore the impact factors ofintermediaries to share the fruits of income. The results show that the three factors isthe cost of compensation, risk and incentives. And different types of technologyintermediaries are quite different.Meanwhile, make the game analysis based on ideasof enterprises. The survey results show that companies concerned about the servicesprovided, charges and whether the two match. Finally, based on the empirical part ofthe study, comprehensive analysis the revenue sharing, pointed out the limitations ofrevenue sharing and defects of the mode. According to the problem, this paperpresents countermeasures and suggestions under a number of principles aboutimproving the pattern of intermediary revenue sharing. Through the use of scientificrevenue sharing incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific and technologicalintermediary, improve the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements, soas to achieve risk-sharing and benefit-sharing synergies.
