Research On The Sharing Mode Of Agricultural Science And Technology Information Resources In FuJian Province Based On The Perspective Of Game Theory

Agricultural science and technology information resources,as an important part of national strategic resources,are an important part of realizing agricultural informatization and modernization.Under the internet environment,how to improve the quality of agricultural science and technology information service effectively and to achieve the sharing of agricultural science and technology information resources efficiently for that improving the agricultural productivity in our country are very important problems.In addition,how to realize the marketization of agricultural products supply and marketing and accelerate the agricultural development and industrial upgrading as well as promote the agricultural scientific and technological achievements into practical agriculture productivity and raise farmers' income and the competitiveness of the agricultural industry are of great interests.Based on the game theory,the public goods theory and the information management theory,this paper uses the methods of literature investigation,expert consultation,questionnaire,interviews,case study and mathematical model to in-depth study the sharing mode of agricultural science and technology information resources in Fujian Province from the perspective of game theory.Firstly,the research status quo of agricultural science and technology information resources sharing both at home and abroad is systematically analyzed,and then the basic concepts and related theories of agricultural science and technology information resource sharing are defined;Secondly,the status quo of agricultural science and technology information resources sharing among farmers and enterprises in Fujian Province based on the questionnaire survey is investigated.It mainly includes the sharing willingness,the sharing approaches,the sharing information,and the sharing barriers of agricultural science and technology information resources;Thirdly,the characteristics and operating mechanism of government promotion mode,market promotion mode and farmers' demand-driven mode of agricultural science and technology information resources sharing in Fujian Province are explored.Case study and comprehensive evaluation of various models are adopted in this part.Fourthly,the game phenomena of government and enterprise,government and farmer,enterprise and farmer in six different situations under the three different modes of agricultural science and technology information resource sharing are discussed;Finally,according to the sharing status quo,sharing mode and game phenomena of the agricultural science and technology information resources in Fujian Province,the multi-subject cooperation and promotion sharing model is designed and the implementation path is proposed.In summary,based on the analysis of the sharing of agricultural science and technology information resources in Fujian Province,the article designs a scientific and rational sharing model based on the game perspective in order to achieve efficient sharing of agricultural science and technology information resources.
