The Study About Agglomeration Level And Its Influence Factors Of Knowledge Intensive Business Service Of Our Prefecture-level City

Entering the knowledge economy era, the service industry gradually separatea new industry form based with knowledge-the knowledge intensive businessservice industry (KIBS). Industry cluster is effective economic organization formof industry development, the knowledge intensive business service industryconvergent greatly increase the industry competitiveness, is an importantcontribution to the region economic development and the construction of theinnovation system, and now it has become the focus concern direction of industriastructure adjustment in western developed countries and the areas.In this paper I comb a large number of domestic and foreign literature first,conclude the KIBS industry connotation and characteristics, analysis and discuss theKIBS industry cluster characteristic and agglomeration mechanism, the KIBS industryconverge in metropolis and the urban core, and the agglomeration form can obtainexternal scale economy and the knowledge spillover effects, has a great role inpromoting the realization of industry innovation function; On this basis, use the287prefecture-level city’ KIBS industry as the research object, through the spatial ginicoefficient and spatial data analysis respectively to analyze the industry spatialagglomeration degree: the spatial gini coefficient show that industry is highly unevenin geographical space and has notable agglomeration degree; The global Moran’s Iindex showed the prefecture-level city’ KIBS industry has positive spatial correlation,Moran scatter and LISA clustering map display" high-high" industry agglomerationarea: the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and the significant" low-low" area:the Shanxi-Gansu city group; With three district as the research object, constructingspatial econometric model of analyze the influence degree of industry foundation,human resources, capital resources, information technology and knowledge market,using the comparative method to analyze different characteristics of each influencingfactor in different industrial assemble area, draw the conclusion that threeagglomeration areas of KIBS industry at different development stages with differentconcentration characteristics.According to the empirical results, our country’sknowledge intensive businessservice industry has formed some concerntration trend in the city space level, andgive the policy suggestion respectively to each cluster for the cluster characteristic and problems, at the same time give reference suggestion to theextensive midwest areas of having not formed the KIBS cluster.
