| As a important part of the urban water, residential living water is more centralize, the demand for water quality and water use security are higher too. As the developing of domestic economic and the increasing of people’s living standard, the demand grows day by day, and the proportion of the residential water consumption in total water consumption is increased, too. But the availability of water resource become less and less by water resource scarcity, pollution and consumption. The water supply is difficult to meet the growing demand. The contradiction between supply and demand have become increasingly prominent. Study on the urban residential living water from the demand point, maybe we can provide the basis to solve the contradiction between supply and demand.In this article, we try to take Jinhua city residents living water as the study object, and analyze the structure of living water, the influencing factors and water consumption respectively. Appling the method of the combination of gray system and matter-element model, quantifying sort the influence factors of residential living water usage, we kicked out3smaller correlation degree factors, and screened out of the five main factors.On these bases, using the main factors which were elected, we applied the matter-element model to classify and evaluate, the residential living water usage over the years further. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) By analyzing the Jinhua city water usage data of historical years, we found out that, the agricultural water usage has a clear downward trend, and the domestic water usage has an up trend recent years meanwhile.(2) By comparing the correlation between each influencing factors, we can find out this order γ07>γ04>γ03>γ02>γ01>γ05>γ08>γ06which is ordered by the size of associated. For the correlation of the Jinhua city residents living water, housing area take the biggest part, while sunshine, the temperature take a big part, and the per capita disposable income levels take the smallest.(3) By using the method of the combination of gray system and matter-element model to classify and evaluate Jinhua city residents living water, we found that, for the years of residential living water usage, the most rational part are1997,1998,1999,2000,2002,2006,2007, the more rational part are1995,2001,2003,2004,2008,2009, and the most irrational part are1996,2005,2010.Against the present conditions of Jinhua city residents living water, we suggest to concern about climate change, guide water supply scheduling; to control the urban population, coordinate the contradiction between supply and demand; to rationally regulate the price of water, promote water conservation proposals. So that it can be a reference for government to develop water management policies. |
