Economic And Technological Development Zone, Intensive Use Of Land Evaluation Studies

Land is a complex of physical geography ,which is not only the interactional hinge of various elements in the entironment , but also the space carriers of the human means of production and living conditions .Land on which the survival and development of human society is the most basic natural resources. In recent years, driven by the situation of globalization, along with the social -economic development,,population increase and the scope of human activities dilation , which causes the social demand for land increasing and the conflicts between people and land intensifying. These phenomena severely restrict the development rate of industrialization and urbanization. Our country has a large population and scarce land resources, so that the land is limited. Forthemore, the phenomena of land idle and watste are aggravate , land intensive utilization become a new effective idea with development. Development zones , as the leader of economy, should become a model for other regions at developing and using the land. However, in recent years , the development zones blindly construct lead to emerge many problems, not only affects economic rising, but also results resources wasting. Therefore , how to make the development zones follow the land intensive utilization road become a task must to solve urgently.This paper analyse the content, theory and method about land intensive utilization at home and abroad. Combining the situation of our country and regional developments, the main research includes the following aspects:Firstly, to analyse and discuss the evaluation index system in"The Evaluation Regulations About Development Zones Land Intensive Utilization(Trial)", then ,advance improvement mind. Construct evaluation index system about economic and technological development zone in the micro-level ,includes 3 first indexes, 6 second grade indeses and 19 third grade indexes.Secondly, take the case of Qujing economic and technological development zone, summarizing the economic status, land utilization and area characteristic. On these bases, evaluate land intensive utilization of Qujing economic and technological development zone by AHP and multi-factor integration evaluation method . The land intensive utilization score value of Qujing economic and technological development zone is 86.96%, belong to theⅣin the evaluation level, and this result turn up trumps. The potential for intensive use is relatively small.Thirdly, aiming at the evaluation results , put forward some suggestions such as strengthen the scientific in land use planning, revitalize the stock of land , evaluate regular , bring into play the function of market and so on , to improve the level of land intensive utilization.
