Empirical Study About The R&D Investment And Achievements Of Chinese High Technology And New Technology Enterprises To Be Listed

Today, the international competition is very vigorous, for the modern new and high technology enterprise to be listed taking on the heavy responsibility about industrialization of science and technology fruit,the activities of R&D become the core of implementing enterprise strategy about development, the R&D activity’s role of improving the survival and whole competition capability of enterprise is more and more important and R&D capital thrown becomes more and more.Besides,the input of human capital takes a pivotal part in the R&D activity. Regarding R&D capital input to company achievements influence research very many, but researches of the R&D personnel to the company achievements influence is quite deficient of empirical study result support. Therefore that has the necessity to carry on the discussion regarding this.This thesis chooses sixty-eight enterprises going on Shenzhen and Shanghai stock markets which offers the R&D information in three consecutive accounting years from2006to2008as swatch,offers empirical study of the correlation between China’s high technology and new technology enterprises’R&D input and the company achievements,and then,an explanation to the empirical results is followed. Point out that our country high technology and new technology to be listed the question and the possible reason in the activity, and put forward the corresponding policy proposal.The whole thesis consists of five parts:The first part:Introductory remarks. Mainly introduce the R&D expense, related concept limits and analysis about high technology and new technology and correlation theories.The third part:The present situation about our country R&D activity of high technology and new technology to be listed.Introduce these enterprises’R&D activity overall survey, analysis the intensity statistical value and compare the Chinese and foreign R&D activity.The fourth part:empirical analysis the correlation between our country high technology and new technology enterprises to be listed the R&D input and the company achievements. Proposes the suppositions, the model buildings, take R&D capital investment and the R&D personnel in the recent three years as variable to carry on the empirical analysis to the company achievements influence.The fifth part:Research conclusion and policy suggestion.
