In such a knowledge-based economy era, talent has become widely accepted. Once the word, human resource, came into being, it had attracted the faculties and industries, so the training has become a critical part of the enterprise's long-term strategy. Traing is one kind of education in essence.We can gain many unexpected results from an educational point of view, especially from the perspective of educational technology research and practice.We can always inquire the problem more comprehensive and deep if we can see in a more systemic way.As internet technology becomes more mature, and raise the level of information technology, E-Training system came into being.a good, efficient operation of the training system.It plays an active role in upgrading the enterprise's core competitiveness, promoting the building of enterprise culture, fostering employee loyalty to the company and meeting the staff career planning and so on.The system take the idea of performance technology throughout the entire process of analysis, design, implementation, evaluation.It introduces effective achievements analysis, achievements design, achievements surveillance, achievements implementation, achievements feedback and achievements appraisal. Through the performance analysis, clear the current status and performance disparity, analyze the reasons for performance disparities and take effective performance interventions to design and implement a performance-technology-oriented Enterprises E-training system.The main characteristic of the system is the on-line study, the unit test, the simulation test integrating with the training test, distinguishes the former training system merely is a simple test system. The paper finally has carried on the summary to the overall of the system research and the implement work, simultaneously according to the data which practices, has proposed several points of own idea on the question which will need to solve and the next thorough research.
