As an essential factor in economic growth,natural resource can expend production possible boundary theooretically,however there is an opposite phenomenon in real world.Such examples exist in overseas and domenstic,this is called resources curse that the rich natural resources is not the promoter to economic devolopment but maybe a hindrance. This article has carried on the confirmation of this phenomenon in the domestic interprovincial plane, analyzes the reasons behind this phenomenon and the transmission way, which may help us avoid the resources curse successfully and enable the natural resource better to play a positive role in the economic growth. This research not only has a prominent theory significance in riching economic growth theory and the natural resource economic development theory, but also can speed up our country’s economic development and provide an solution to reduce the disparity among the areas’ economic development.After all,it has a vital practical significance in constructing the socialism harmonious society.The content of this research paper mainly involves two aspects:to confirm of the existance of resources curse in our country interprovincial plane and determines the influence degree of each transmission. This article is in the support of the superiority theory, the industry competitive advantage theory and the economic growth correlation theories, in the foundation of introduction of present situation of the economic growth and the natural resource endowment.The analysis also uses the econometrics analysis software to compute the relations of our country interprovincial natural resource and economic growth. The analysis result shows that the resources curse phenomenon exists in our country interprovincial plane, and computes each trasmission way’s direction and the influence degree. The natural resource has a remarkable negative effect to the economic growth, the material capital investment may slow down this kind of negative effect, the relaxing of scientific research investment to resource course is limited. To increase the human capital investment is effective to eliminate resources curse. Foreign direct investment reflected the degree of openness may promote the economical growth, weakens the resources curse, however the corruption factor will suppress the economic growth, prompt the negative effect of resources to economic development.And the influence degree of human capital investment is biggest, the next is the corruption influence, the influence degree of scientific innovation and the foreign direct investment influence is small. Finally are the suggstions to aviod the resource curse in the foudation of the measurement result as well as how to encourage natural resource better to service the economic development.
