In order to research the liberalization of trade in services the influence of the distribution of labor employment, this paper will use the theory and econometric model combining1997-2009Chinese service industry departments and regions as service trade openness panel data on employment of demand elasticity effect analysis, and further analysis experience on employment service trade openness demand elasticity influence conduction mechanism-substitution effect and scale effect.Based on cobb-douglas production function, and on the basis of introducing service trade openness that reflect the openness of variables, establish service trade openness and labor obtain employment demand elasticity of measurement model.28provinces and cities in China’s service trade export openness measuring found that areas the liberalization of trade in services level inconsistent their economic development level. So the endogenous regional grouping law will by our country is divided into high, medium and low three service trade zone. Measuring results show that, the service trade openness is mainly through substitute effect of China’s service industries employment needs flexibility. The employment demand elasticity of different industries by service trade openness is endless and same, the effects of the high service trade open industry employment demand elasticity of trade in services than low of open trade.Service trade openness to China’s labor market has significant influence. Therefore, in the process of deepening open to concern and construction and service trade related employment security and the necessity of employment training, thereby to increase exports to stable employment and function of import less of the Labour market negative impact.
