Personal Credit Risk Policies And Measures Of China Construction Bank For City Residents

As people’s living standard continues to rise, also with the changes of consumption concept, the demand for private credit business is increasing, which leads to the explosion of private credit business. However, many problems have been exposed in the development of it for lacking of certain laws and regulations. So it is needed to deeply understand the risk and management of private credit business for promoting further development of it.In this paper, the research object is the development of private credit business of China Construction Bank in Hangzhou city. The present situation of private credit business risk management is analyzed combining the advanced manage mode of banks at home and abroad. Basing on the risk management theory and drawbacks of private credit business of commercial banks at home, certain improved measurement and corresponding policy are proposed, including the risk management of the credit process and the establishment of the risk culture and bank credit management system.
