Research On Urban Land Classification Gradation And Valuation Database Standardization

Standard is the foundation of informationization, and standardization is an important technique that guarantees the construction of land informationization. Setting up the standard of urban land classification gradation and valuation (ULE) is the basic premise to build an information system and keep it run correctly and sustainedly. It also provides a data exchange standard to share data resource with other information system.The actuality of urban land classification gradation and valuation database (ULEDB)shows that it is important and necessary to build the standard for ULEDB. Firstly the relations of work and information of land classification gradation and valuation are expounded in this paper, and the principle standardization and content of ULEDB standard are discussed. Secondly the main content of the ULEDB standard, such as basic content, classification system, information encoding, data layering, named rule of data file, definition of attribute data structure, metadata and data quality etc, is discussed. At the end of paper some suggestions are put forward.The research on ULEDB will help to share data and direct the constructing of ULEDB, and expedite the informationization process of land management.
