Research On Enterprise Performance Evaluation And Empirical Analysis Based On Integrated Perspective

With the development of economy, the role of business in society is outstanding with each passing day. Therefore, how to properly and objectively evaluate the enterprise performance has become a very important issue. We present an enterprise performance evaluation model, with the advantage of both qualitative and quantitative evaluation method, and verified the model by use of the tourism listed company data.In the qualitative evaluation, we analyzed the existing quantitative performance evaluation method, in the way of Theoretical deduction, and put out an grey assessment model based on center point triangle winterization weight function. In the quantitative aspect, considering on Duan Yongrui’s point on how to divide the current system analysis and evaluation, we select some typical methods, which is related to system comprehensive evaluation, and validate it one by one. Finally we filtrated all the enterprise performance evaluation methods and indexes by took the way of advantage analysis, and found that the C2R model is an optimal method. Meanwhile the fuzzy evaluation method, easily influenced by subjective mind, presented the worst performance. At the same time, through the way of advantages analysis, we found that the financial indicators, such as main business profit, have the biggest contribution to enterprise performance. In addition, in the enterprise performance appraisal, we choose the subjective effort degree and performance of gray correlation degree to measure the internal motivation, and combining with external environmental factors to judge the effectiveness and efficiency of business management.
