Resource-Based And Value-based It Service Outsourcing Development Strategy

In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development and a wide range of IT applications, IT services outsourcing become a trend, China’s IT services outsourcing industry emerged a group of more than a million service outsourcing enterprises, these enterprises to actively participate in international division of labor, continue to accumulate experience in the industry, enhance the takeover, delivery and process management capabilities. However, most of them are still stay at the bottom of the IT outsourcing value chain, that is Resource-based IT service outsourcing. There is still a gap between Resource-based IT service outsourcing and Value-based IT service outsourcing, which is the top level of the service outsourcing. With the continuous appreciation of the renminbi, to the increasing influence of these resource-based IT service outsourcing enterprises. Therefore, how to help the Chinese IT service outsourcing enterprises in the fierce competition in the market as soon as possible quickly to find their own position is to continue to walk the road of resources outsourcing IT services, or transition to the value-based IT services outsourcing has become a subject to be studied.In this paper, the resource-based IT service outsourcing enterprises and the value-based IT services outsourcing enterprises for the study, the use of case studies and research methods.First chapter introduces the research background of the paper, the significance of the topic; Chapter Ⅱ, from the perspective of economics and management science respectively analysis of the rationality and necessity of the service outsourcing; Chapter Three case studies to elaborate the value of IT outsourcing services to customers.
