| The theory of project management has been widely used in various fields of society, especially in the construction project or large comprehensive project. The products of business management project which in order to improve the level of business management, are often invisible, and project managers is tend to use traditional theory of management, so the characteristics of project,"temporary" and "uniqueness", are often overlooked. Therefore, using the theory of project management in the business management projects can make up for the deficiency of traditional theory; make the project more "satisfaction".This article is based on the business management improving project, and guided by the project quality management work process, use project quality management theory and methods, and explore how to do well the project quality management work on the project quality and the quality of the project product.On the quality of the project, the paper discusses goal and content of the business management improving project quality management, quality assurance system design, discusses the project quality control measures before, during and after the event, so as to effectively achieve total quality management in the project; On the project product quality management, as the business management improving project products are intangible, the objective-oriented methods for quality assessment was proposed, and the project goals was refinement to every job, qualitative and quantitative indexes were worked out to evaluate. Using quality control measures and improving the quality index of segmentation task, so as to enhance the quality of the project and its products.Through research of this paper, provide reference of project quality management theory and methods for business management project; that make the quality plan as the core, quality assurance system as the foundation, quality control as the guarantee, combine quality control and quality improvement. |
