The Research Of The Project Quality Management Of A Company For Improving Stability Of Clip Forming

Along with the rapid development of high-speed railway recent years, the needs of elastic, a key component for the fastener, is increased year by year. As a designated supply company by the Ministry of Railways, company A has not been offering a stable elastic model for a long time; and its class-output, passing rates are both lower than the normal level. In order to solve this problem, company A decides to improve the entire production line, and to give a technique-training for the workers. Thus, the project "Improving the Stability of the Elastic Model" starts.Based on the three-step methods in the modern project quality management, quality planning, quality assurance, quality controlling, this paper gives a comprehensive quality management for the whole project. First, the factors affecting the project are analyzed in the order of "worker, machine, material, method, environment, test" respectively; then the project objectives are set down, and the quality plan is established. Furthermore, a quality assurance system is designed for a good implementation and a convenient control for the plan. This system makes quality assurances for the project’s organizational structure, equipment and technology, and the working processes. Successively, a grading control for the projects is proposed according to the plan. In particular, the quality data for the critical stage in the trial producing is extracted and analyzed, which yields the key factors determining the quality, and leads to an improvement of the project’s quality.
