Application Of TOPSIS On Balance Development Research Of Enterprise Strategy Resource

Business theory and practice have proved that the internal environment is primarily determined by the corporate resources and capabilities.Through the analysis of the successful companies(taking an representative example of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co,Ltd)by the strategic resources,core competencies and the use of dynamic strategies,the paper research the enterprise source of sustainable competitive advantage.Conclusion says that the three main sources of sustainable compertitive advantage of enterprises are formed by enterprise resource and core competitiveness of dynamic strategic.The relevant data are collected by the questionnaire.combining with site visits and data processing to use of TOPSIS Algorthm-based thinking of a quantitative analysize the utilization of its resources to determine the index weight,the proportion of core competencies as well as the success of dynamic strategythe weight.The significance of the research is to support sustainable development of the enterprise or other enterprises in turn,and is to encourage enterprises to achieve sustained competitive advantage.At the same time,the paper attempts to introduce dynamic comcept of stategy(a special ability in the corporate strategic resource system),and it is liked to a measure of the three elements of the strategic resource capacity,and having some theoretical significance.The thesis explores the correlation of the subheandings resources and sustained competitive advantage and it provides a solid theoretical foundation for the model;It gives a index weights(model)focused on the TOPSIS Algorthm-based thinking,and the actual business is applicated.In order to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the orginal data collectioned and conductive the smooth progress of this thesis work at the same time,it designed three questionnaires through the guidance of experts and site visits suverys,it investigate the development of enterprises through enterprise resource as the core,the core competitivenesscore and dynamic strategy;Therefore,the collection of survey data took into account the relationship and the survey object faces high-level,grass-roots level and front-line workers,they produce the important significance of the data for the solving of the gray-the ideal solution method(on TOPSIS).The final research data of the paper shows that,on the one hand,the conclude of study is in line with the current state of development of the Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Co,Ltd,on the othe hand,the gray-approaching the ideal solution(TOPSIS)’s effectiveness has been verified,the same time,as mentioned earlier,the ultimate aim is to use data to help companies gain a competitive advantage.
