After20years of market cultivation, the enterprise information strategy in whichenterprise resource planning (ERP) as the core has become an inevitable choice forthe vast majority of our enterprises to enhance their management capabilities and corecompetitiveness. But ERP application is still not satisfactory in our country, mainlydue to the implementation of the low success rate in the process. The ERP systemimplementation process is knowledge transfer between the business users, serviceproviders, management consulting firm and third-party supervision. Effectiveknowledge transfer is the basic guarantee for the success of ERP implementation.Depth study of ERP implementation in the process of knowledge transfercharacteristics and strategies of the successful implementation of ERP systems is ofgreat significance.In this paper, through a summary of the number of enterprises involved in theimplementation of ERP implementation project, the collection of relevant literature,analysis of the implementation process to the implementation of the relationship anddivision of responsibilities between the main body, and made the business-orientedERP implementation process of knowledge transfer strategy to build ERPimplementation knowledge transfer environment evaluation model, a combination ofqualitative and quantitative evaluation of the efficiency of knowledge transfer, andverify the implementation of collaborative mechanisms between the main andknowledge transfer strategies, the impact of ERP implementation knowledge transferin actual cases. The main results achieved in this article as follow:(1) Summarizes the definition of the ERP implementation process, the fourparticipating subject and participating in the main body of specific knowledge content,respectively, from the individual, organization, three transfer scenarios to illustrate the analysis of the effect on knowledge transfer.(2) In-depth analysis of the organization, individual transfer situation threefactors of ERP implementation knowledge transfer, the coordination of the variousERP implementation in the main working model from the perspective of teamcollaboration, respectively, described the relationship between the implementation ofthe main and division of responsibilities, the business-oriented collaborative workingmechanism, describes the business users in the management process in the ERPimplementation knowledge transfer strategy.(3) ERP implementation environment, knowledge transfer evaluation through theestablishment of knowledge transfer efficiency index system through quantitativecalculation of the ERP implementation process of knowledge transfer efficiencyrating.(4) Based on the actual case analysis and evaluation of the impact ofcollaborative management mechanism for knowledge transfer in the process of projectimplementation.
