Combining staff development, individual and group match, job satisfaction, we research thepresent situation which the survey enterprise is, with demography variables discuss thedifferences to explore the relation among staff development, individual and group match and jobsatisfaction,in order to seek ways to improve staff’s job satisfaction, and to provide relevanttheoretical basis for the organization’s human resource management.Through the factor analysis for the questionnaire, we reduce the possibility variables ofpersonal development to “leadership ascension”,“job promotion” and “leadership promotion”.The individual and organization matching reduce to four factors:“value match”“developmentorientation match”“working environment match” and “reward match”. The job satisfactionreduce to three factors:“leader’s quality”“job itself” and “work significance”.From the present situation of the enterprise staff development possibility, individual andorganization matching degree and job satisfaction, this paper discusses the relationship, with thegender, age, education, working position etc demography variables analyzes the differences. Theresults are:(1) The relationship between possibility of staff development and job satisfactionpositively relate. Especially, the position promotion dimension in the possibility of staffdevelopment scale and work significance dimension in job satisfaction scale work significantpositive correlation.(2) The individual and group match and job satisfaction positively relate.Wherein, the values match in the individual and organization match scale and the leader’s qualitydimension in job satisfaction scale seem to positive correlation.(3) The staff developmentpossibilities and individual and organization match degree plays a role of prediction to the jobsatisfaction degree. That is the more possibility of staff development and the higher organizationmatch degree, the higher employee’s job satisfaction.Through the study, hoping to comprehensive interdisciplinary theory of psychology andmanagement, expand staff development, individual and group match and job satisfaction to theapplication fields. According to the empirical research conclusion, we come up with managementsuggestion for the managers, and seek to the way helping employee to improve job satisfaction.
