A Research Based On Internet On Complex Group Decision Support System

With the rapid development of internet technology and domestic economy, organizations such as government and enterprises whose external environment has become increasingly complex and constantly changing, groups who participate in public affairs or the major issues in decision-making are becoming larger, the accelerated pace of information technology also make the decision-making in different ways, all of these factors lead organizations to face an increasing number of the complex group decision-making. Therefore, solving the complex group decision-making problem has become an important and difficult research topic. However, the research of Complex Group Decision Support System is still at the exploratory stage and lack of systematic theoretical guidance system and research application findings in theory and applications.In this case, firstly, this paper has started from the theory of Decision Support Systems and Group Decision Support System., elaborated the concept, feature, function, structure and development of them which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the further study of complex GDSS in the network environment. Secondly, this paper has analyzed the complex features of the system and summarized the elements of the complex group decision-making as well as defining methods. Thirdly, this paper has proposed two kinds of related technologies about solving complex group decision-making problems. They are structured decomposition method and process of complex group decision-making which have demonstrated that it is true to solve complex group decision-making problems. Lastly, this paper has given the possibility of the application of the complex GDSS in network environment through the design of complex GDSS based on network environment. The design has included the overall system architecture, system processes, model base, knowledge base and the method library.This study has provided a new way of thinking for the development of GDSS and made a detailed analysis of the complexity of GDSS, so that the complex decision-making problem became clear, simple. Have made a meaningful attempt for the solution of the complex group decision-making in the network environment and made an exploration of the practical application of complex GDSS in the network environment for reference.
